What I hear from my Fitness Kickboxing Students

Anyone who has never done fitness kickboxing before always asks the question, "What's different about this as opposed to other group type cardio workouts?"

Well, here is a short category list of things I hear from my students all the time after class.

1.Classes are fun........

"Class was fun tonight, we did all kinds of things I never thought I could do. Thanks Bert!" "better than what I used to do at the gym, which was really boring at times."

2. Time goes by quickly........

"Damn, class is over already?" "Whoa, that's it? We're all done?"

3. Ab and core training........

"Ugh, it hurt to laugh the other day." "I cant do any more......."
